Workshop Objectives:
1) Participants wi l l look at their organizations mission, how their mission is being attained and how they are communicating thier mission both internally and externally.
2) Participants wi l l learn how to impact attitudes and motivation of paid employees and volunteers to increase suppor t for their organization’s mission.
3) Participants wi l l learn the qualities of a good leader, how to work with diverse populations and how to evaluate themselves as leaders and their organization as a whole.
*This is an interactive workshop. You will have the opportunity to work in small groups and share your ideas with the group.
